Shabbat

Our synagogue is open to all, regardless of affiliation, knowledge of Hebrew and level of commintment.

The Cyprus Jewish Community Centre, CJCC, holds weekly Shabbat services and Shabbat meals on both Friday night and Shabbat day. Unless otherwise stated the services will be held at the CJCC, Diogenous 7B Larnaca.

Tefillah - Services

Erev Shabbat

Kabbalat Shabbat begins 20 minutes after candles lighting in the winter and 5 minutes after candles lighting in the summer. Please check with us to confirm times, as they vary between summer and winter.

Shabbat Day

Torah class, coffee and cake begins at 10:00am “Chassidic insights into Prayer”

Shacharit/Mussaf begins at 11:00am

Mincha follows Shabbat lunch

Please note all services reply on a Minyan.
